Welcome to NBS Injury Clinic Ltd. By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, or visiting our clinic, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all our clients.
1. About Us
NBS Injury Clinic Ltd provides musculoskeletal injury assessment and treatment, including physiotherapy, sports therapy, osteopathy, sports massage, and exercise rehabilitation. Our registered business address and contact details are available on our website.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All appointments must be booked and paid in advance through our secure online booking system or directly in clinic.
- Prices are clearly displayed at the time of booking.
- By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are fit to receive treatment or will inform your therapist of any medical concerns beforehand.
3. Packages & Memberships
- Packages (e.g. 10-session rehabilitation programmes) must be used within the expiry period stated at the time of purchase.
- Each package clearly outlines the number of sessions included and its validity period.
- Sessions within a package may include a mix of consultations, follow-ups, sports massage, or gym-based rehabilitation, as advised by your therapist.
- Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person at the discretion of NBS Injury Clinic Ltd.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We understand that plans change, so we aim to be as fair as possible:
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be credited the full session value as a gift card, valid for 3 months from the cancellation date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment (including non-attendance) will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- We do not offer cash refunds unless under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of NBS Injury Clinic Ltd.
- If we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to staff illness or unforeseen events, you will be contacted promptly and offered a suitable alternative.
5. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- They can be used toward any individual clinic service, excluding packages.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Gift cards must be presented at the time of booking or payment.
6. Health & Safety
- Please arrive on time for your appointment and wear suitable clothing that allows us to assess and treat the area in question.
- For certain treatments, it may be necessary to remove specific items of clothing. - Towels will always be provided to ensure you are appropriately covered throughout your session.
- Your therapist will step out of the room if you need privacy to remove or adjust clothing.
- It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment.
- Our therapists reserve the right to adapt or refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse treatment at any time if necessary — for example, if:
- It is considered unsafe or clinically inappropriate to proceed.
- The client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The client behaves in a threatening, abusive, or disrespectful manner towards staff.
- The client fails to provide relevant medical information or consent.
- The therapist feels uncomfortable or unable to continue treatment safely.
- In such cases, we will always aim to explain the reason clearly and, where appropriate, offer to reschedule or refer to another professional.
7. Children and Young People
- NBS Injury Clinic Ltd welcomes clients under 18 years of age for treatment.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present throughout the appointment.
- All bookings for under-18s must be made in the parent or guardian’s name, with a - note in the booking to state who the appointment is for.
- Consent for treatment must be provided by the parent or guardian prior to the session.
8. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
9. Data & Privacy
- We respect your privacy. Your personal and medical information will be stored securely and used only for clinical and administrative purposes, in compliance with UK GDPR.
10. Liability
- While all reasonable care is taken during your treatment, NBS Injury Clinic Ltd cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or injuries sustained outside of our control or against professional advice.
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
